It is been 12 hours I have been waiting in sitting area on chairs its difficult for patients to wait so long service is too slow maybe there is less staff.

The nursing staff, doctors and everyone else, they were very caring, polite, helpful and kind.

I understand at times the hospital gets overburdened but I am sure ways can be find to manage.

Good nurses and doctors. The only issue was the 16 hours wait/time in hospital.
Suggested improvements
Get more staff, especially more doctors ok duty at night.
